We are proud to announce that Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo 05, participated in the All-Island Wushu School Games 2025, held at the Torrington Indoor Stadium on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of September 2025, and achieved outstanding results!
Our Under-20 Group Event team, led by Captain – Anuthmi Gamage and Vice Captain – Thisakya Vithana, secured the Bronze Medal.
Anuthmi Gamage (Captain) also won the Silver Medal in the Under-20 Taichiquan Combined Event.
In addition, our team member Savindi Thilakarathna earned Third Place in the Under-16 Taichiquan Combined Event.
