A/L 2028 Admission – Online Application / මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත
2026/2028 අධ්යයන වර්ෂ සඳහා 12 ශ්රේණියට ශිෂ්යාවන් ඇතුළත් කිරීම සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවීම
උපදෙස්
1. අයදුම්පත් යොමු කළ හැක්කේ මාර්ගගත ක්රමය ඔස්සේ පමණි.
2. ඉහත සබැඳියෙහි අඩංගු මාර්ගගත පෝරමය නිවැරදිව පුරවා 2026 ජූනි 27 වන දින 23:59 දක්වා හෝ ඊට පෙර යොමු කළ යුතුය.
3. එම පෝරමය සම්පූර්ණ කළ පසු එහි PDF පිටපත සුරුකිව තබා ගත යුතුය.
4. සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණයට කැඳවිම සඳහා සලකා බලනු ලබන්නේ ඉහත දිනයට හා වේලාවට පෙර අයදුම්පත් යොමු කළ හා මූලික සුදුසුකම් සපුරාලන අයදුම්කරුවන් පමණි.
5. ඔබව සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණය සඳහා කැඳවනු ලැබුව හොත් පහත සඳහන් සියලු ලිපි ලේඛන රැගෙන පැමිණිය යුතුය:
- විදුහල්පති විසින් සහතික කරන ලද අයදුම්පතෙහි මුද්රිත පිටපතක් (PDF)
- 2025 අ.පො.ස. (සා.පෙළ) ප්රතිඵල ලේඛනයේ මුල් පිටපතක් සහ එහි සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපතක්
- උප්පැන්න සහතිකය, ග්රාම නිලධාරි සහතිකය, ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත සහ එම ලේඛනවල සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපතක්
- 2024, 2025 සහ 2026 වර්ෂවලට අදාළව අයදුම්පතෙහි සදහන් කර ඇති ජයග්රහණ තහවුරු කළ හැකි ලිපි ලේඛනවල මුල් පිටපත් සහ ඒවායෙහි සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපත්
6. කිසියම් හෝ ආකාරයකින් බලපැමක් සිදු කිරීම අයදුම්පත්රය ප්රතික්ෂේප වීමට හේතුවක් වනු ඇත. තවද අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ අංශ සඳහා සිසුන් තෝරා ගැනීමේ දී, අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය විසින් නිකුත් කරන ලද චක්රලේඛ ප්රකාරව තෝරා ගැනීම් සිදු වන බව ද සලකන්න.

Instructions
1. Applications must be submitted online only.
2. Applications should be submitted using the online application form accessible through the link provided above, on or before 23:59 hrs on 27 June 2026.
3. Once the online form has been submitted, the PDF copy of the application should be saved for future reference.
4. Only applicants who fulfill the basic eligibility requirements and submit their applications before the specified date and time will be considered for an interview.
5. If you are called for an interview, you must bring all the following documents:
- The printed copy of the application (PDF), certified by the Principal
- The original 2025 G.C.E. (O/L) examination results sheet/ certificate together with a certified copy
- The original Birth Certificate, Grama Niladhari Certificate, and National Identity Card together with certified copies of each document
- Original documents and certificates, together with certified copies, verifying the achievements stated in the application for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026
6. Any attempt to exert undue influence will result in the rejection of the application. Please note that the selection of students for the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) streams will be carried out in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Education.
