A/L 2027 Admission – Online Application / මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත
2025/2027 අධ්යයන වර්ෂ සදහා 12 ශ්රේණියට ශිෂ්යාවන් ඇතුළත් කිරීම සදහා අයදුම්පත්ර කැඳවීම – උපදෙස්
- අයදුම්පත් යොමු කළ හැක්කේ මාර්ගගත ක්රමය ඔස්සේ පමණි.
- ඉහත සබැඳියට අදාළ මාර්ගගත ෆෝරමය නිවැරදිව පුරවා 2025 ජූලි 27 වන දින 23:59 පැයට හෝ ඉන් පෙර යොමු කළ යුතුය.
- එම ෆෝරමය සම්පුර්ණ කළ පසු එහි PDF පිටපත සුරැකිව තබා ගත යුතුය.
- සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණයට කැඳවිම සදහා සලකා බලනු ලබන්නේ ඉහත දිනයට හා වේලාවට පෙර අයදුම්පත් යොමු කළ හා මුලික සදුසුකම් සපුරාලන අයදුම්කරුවන් පමණි.
- ඔබව සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණය සදහා කැඳවනු ලැබුවහොත් පහත සදහන් සියලු ලිපි ලේඛන රැගෙන පැමිණිය යුතුය.
- විදුහල්පති විසින් සහතික කරන ලද අයදුම්පතෙහි මුද්රිත පිටපතක් (PDF)
- 2024 අ.පො.ස. (සා.පෙළ ) ප්රතිඵල ලේඛනයේ මුල් පිටපතක් සහ එහි සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපතක්
- උප්පැන්න සහතිකය, ග්රාම නිලධාරි සහතිකය, ජාතික හැදුනුම්පත සහ එම ලියවිලිවල සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපත්
- 2023/2024/2025 වර්ෂවලට අදාළව අයදුම්තෙහි සදහන් සුදුසුකම් තහවුරු කළ හැකි ලිපි ලේඛන වල මුල් පිටපත් සහ ඒවායෙහි සහතික කරන ලද ඡායා පිටපත්
- කිසියම් හෝ ආකාරයකින් බලපැමක් සිදු කිරීම අයදුම්පත්රය ප්රතික්ෂේප වීමට හේතුවක් වනු ඇත. තවද අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ අංශ සඳහා සිසුන් තෝරා ගැනීමේදී, අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය විසින් නිකුත් කරන ලද චක්රලේඛ ප්රකාරව තෝරා ගැනීම් සිදුවන බව ද සලකන්න.
Applications for Admission to grade 12 – Academic Years 2025/2027 – Instructions
- Applications should be submitted only through online method.
- Applications should be submitted using the link to online form given above on or before 23:59 hr, 27th July 2025.
- Once the Google form is submitted, the PDF of the same should be saved and kept.
- Only the applicants who fulfill basic requirements and submitted the applications before the date and time mentioned above will be eligible to call for an interview.
- The following documents should be produced if you are called for an interview.
- The printed copy of the application (PDF) certified by the Principal
- Certified true copy of 2024 G.C.E. (O/L) certificate along with the original certificate
- Certified copy of the Birth certificate, Grama Niladari certificate and NIC along with the originals
- Certified photocopies and originals of all mentioned certificates of achievements obtained during 2023/2024/2025
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. Furthermore, please note that the selection of students for G.C.E. Advanced Level subject streams is carried out in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Education.
